Welcome Inn's food bank is a place for individuals and families to access food and personal hygiene items. Community members meet with staff and participate in the creation of their food hamper. Recently, our food bank has been extremely busy, and we advise everyone to arrive as early as possible. Please bring ID for each member of the household along with proof of address. The food bank can be accessed once per household every 30 days.

Our food bank is also a community gathering place to connect with neighbours, access resources and learn from one another. We are always working toward embedding good food principals into all that we do.

NOTE: We strive to serve as many families as possible, but our food bank does, at times, reach capacity. When that happens, we do unfortunately have to close our doors early for the day.

Food donations are gratefully accepted all year long. We would also like to acknowledge the ongoing support of The City of Hamilton through its City Enrichment Fund.
